Time Frame
St. Modwen is working towards submitting a planning application for the development in April 2009. Subject to planning consent, work is scheduled to begin in September 2009. There will be a phased construction programme over 3 years for the offices and workshop buildings, with the completion of the last building expected in 2012.
The residential element will be brought forward post 2012, in line with market conditions.
